Find an Activity that You Enjoy — If you want to really lose weight try to make weight loss fun, it can be very motivating. You should join a soccer team if you like soccer. If swimming is more your thing, go to your local community pool or if your lucky enough to have one in your backyard. Participating in activities you love is a more enjoyable way to lose weight than your usual  mundane workout routine.
